They pile everyone's packages in a corner. I called the store and they had confirmed it arrived (suspiciously at the same exact time I had called.). I waited a few weeks but my friend never received the package I shipped. They were on their cell phones as they worked, very disinterested in the job, and not very attentive to customers. The young boys at the counter were not very helpful. User ( 22:18) I tried shipping a book to a friend during the holidays. Services are low cost and the folks who work there are always friendly and patient. User ( 16:17) Third time using this place. User ( 19:38) Hours of operation on website and door are NOT accurate. It is a great alternative to the Post Office that is always crowded and slow. I was even able to make a photo copies and surf the internet if needed. Thank you! I'm going to stop by to speak to a manager once we receive the envelope back so they can see how it was mislabeled, and so it doesn't happen again to someone else! I didn't have to walk all the way to Franklin Ave in all the heat. A nightmare! It's been 2 weeks and we are still trying to retrieve it. The label they put on the envelope didn't scan correctly with usps and it is being sent back and forth between manhattan and brooklyn.

I can always get answers to my questions and solutions whenever i'm there. Thanks! But Alicia was fast, incredibly knowledgeable, and patient when I couldn't decided on a shipping method.
