Regarding to AMD OverDrive, depending on where in the software you are reading the temperature, it will show the margin you have left before reaching the thermal limit. If you look, my "Package" temperature is also very low.my room temperature at the time was around ~15*C). Under "Temperature" there is a reading actually labelled as "CPU." This is basically bang on with what the BIOS shows. This is another fourm member's CPU - he also was making the mistake by looking at the "Package" temperature.

However on speed Fan temp 2 comes up as 43- 50 degrees and up to 60 on full load, this seems more logical for the cpu tempīut i have noticed this temp goes up, but the cpu fan speed does not go up to cool it down?
